I Need Help on Math Work

Introduction to I need help on math work:

Mathematics is a very larger subject which is very important for our life. I need help on math work is nothing but the working of math problems. Mathematics is not only a subject to know and study but it teaches us what is life is and how math does approach our daily life. Math work is very interest to work. I need help on math work of addition subtraction and also word problems. Math work has different sequence of steps, methods, functions and formulas. I need help on math work in basics of mathematics. It is like addition subtraction word problems on which I need help on math work.

Understanding Compound Interest Formulas is always challenging for me but thanks to all math help websites to help me out.

I NEED HELP ON MATH WORK OF THE FOLLOWING

Find the sum of 5472 + 2251.
Find the difference of 9853 – 3621.
John has 10 pens with him. He gave 3pens to his sister Rosy. Again he gave 2 pens to his friend Jane. Now how many pens he will have at present.
There are 7 boys and 8 girls in a room. How many kids are there altogether?
Rita has 5 cups less than Lee. Lee has 12 cups. How many does Rita have?

1.  Find the sum of 5472 + 2251.
Solution:

5 4 7 2

2.   Find the difference of 9853 – 3621.

Solution:

9 8 5 3

3.  John has 10 pens with him. He gave 3pens to his sister Rosy. Again he gave 2 pens to his friend Jane. Now how many pens he will have at present.

Solution:

Number of pen did Rosy got from his brother John = 3 pens

John friend got = 2 pens

Total pens john gave = 3+2=5 pens

Total pen john have = 10

Remaining pen with John = 10-5 = 5 pens

4.  There are 7 boys and 8 girls in a room. How many kids are there altogether?

Solution:

Number of boys = 7

Number of girls = 8

So total kids = 7 + 8 = 15

5.  Rita has 5 cups less than Lee. Lee has 12 cups. How many does Rita have?

Solution:

Number of cups Lee has = 12cups

Rita has 5 cups less than Lee

So

12 – 5 cups = 7 cups

Rita has 7 cups with her.
