Practice Pi Algebra Problems

Introduction to practice pi algebra problems:

Simple mathematics functions are performed with the help of algebra. Algebra is the main branch of mathematics it is includes variables, expressions, terms, polynomials, etc.

Here we using the algebra problems with the combination of pie, this type of problems are present in geometry. The pie problems are some what complex than other algebra problems.
π is defined as the ratio110 of a circle's circumference to its diameter

π =C / d

Practice Pi Algebra Problems Formulas:

Here will explain the practice pi problem formulas and sample problem

Volume of Sphere:

Volume of Sphere = 3/4∏r3

Where r is the radius of the sphere.

Surface area of Sphere:

Surface Area of Sphere = 4∏r2

Where r is the radius of sphere.

Example 1:

Find the volume of the sphere with radius 4cm. (Assume pi= 3.14)?

Solution:

Radius of Sphere = 4cm.

Volume of sphere = 3/4∏r3

= 3/4x 3.14 x 43

= 3/4 x 3.14 x 64

= 3 x 16 x 3.14

=48 x 3.14

=150.72 cm3

Example 2:

Find the surface area of the sphere with radius 2cm.(Assume pi= 3.14)?

Solution:

Radius of sphere = 2 cm

surface area of sphere = 4∏r2

= 4 x 3.14 x 22

= 12.56 X 4

=   50.24cm2

Circumference of circle

Circumference of circle = 2r,

Area of circle

Area of circle = r2.

The distance around a circular area is known as its circumference.

Example1:

Find the Circumference of circle with radius 4cm (Assume pi= 3.14)?

Solution :

Circumference of circle = 2r,

= 2 x 3.14 x 4

= 6.28 x 4

=25.12cm

Final Answer  =   25.12cm

Example 2:

Find the Area of circle with radius 2cm.(Assume pi= 3.14)?

Solution:

Area of circle = r2.

= 3.14 x r x r

= 3.14 x 2 x 2

=3.14 x 4

= 12.56cm2

Final Answer  =   12.56cm^2
