Example for Exponential Notation

Introduction:

                Scientific notation, also known as standard form or as exponential notation, is a way of writing numbers that accommodates values too large or small to be conveniently written in standard decimal notation. In scientific notation all numbers are written like this: a × 10b ("a times ten to the power of b"), where the exponent b is an integer, and the coefficient a is any real number.(Source: Wikipedia)

Exponential Notation Examples:

         Exponential notation is described as an exacting number multiply through itself more than one instant. We require inscribing this within long expression for example 9 x 9.  It is a small expression way used for particular repeated multiplication for instance, 1010 -  10 is the exponential notation.

Examples for exponential notations:

To identify the known factor 16 is multiplied through itself for 5 times for example

15 x 15 x 15 x 15 x 15 = 759375

We can write the similar example within exponential way, that is

155 = 759375

The number 15 is raised to the power of 5

Now, 5 is specified how a lot of times require to multiply the value 15.

Random additional examples

It is another examples for exponential notations

Find 10000 divided by 10

 `(10,000)/10`  = `10^4/10^1`

                    =104 - 1

                    =103

10000 divided by 10  = 1000.
